Today, in silence and prayer, we are observing our day of recollection with the theme: “Pilgrims on the way… Witnesses of Hope.”
In preparation for today’s time of prayer, yesterday afternoon Sr Annacletta Daki guided us in prayer with the writings of Mary of the Passion on the importance of unity, beginning with the verse: “They were of one heart and one soul” (Acts 1:14), as well as on trust in God in the vocation of a Franciscan Missionary of Mary, drawing on Psalm 27(26): “The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear?…”
Following the example of our Foundress, we ask for the grace of purity of intention and the grace to abandon ourselves to Hope.
