The Institute of Franciscan Missionaries of Mary is an Institute of International Pontifical Law of the Catholic Church. Dedicated to mission, this Institute works for evangelization and human promotion with a preference for the poorest without distinction. All its data is intended for the information and accomplishment of the mission of the Institute.

2. Purposes of treatment
The collection and use of personal data is used for the life and mission of the Institute. The goal is to share news and information about the mission of sisters around the world and to foster communication and relationships between sisters, provinces and others. This in respect of the rights and freedoms of individuals.
3. Relevance of the data
The collection and use of data is handled with adequate respect for the rights and freedom of individuals. The data strictly necessary to achieve the objectives is recorded. The processing of personal data is done in compliance with the standards in force. We use personal data only for the purpose for which it was collected.
4. Limited duration of data retention
We undertake to limit the duration of data retention by regularly updating the publications. As soon as the objective of the data collection is achieved, it will be removed.
5. Rights of persons
We collect personal data from sisters or provinces. This approach is done in line with the sisters, the provincials or the collaborators. We take the necessary steps to inform and to have the consent of the persons of the treatment and the conditions of use of their personal data.
NB. People affected by our treatments have certain rights (the right to access, rectify and, in some cases, oppose their use). These rights are to be exercised at the Service of Communication of the Institute, by mail (Communication Service, Via Giusti 12, 00185 Rome Italy) or by email (email@example.com).
Intellectual property rights
Site content such as images, article texts, videos, photos, the logo or information in any format is the exclusive property of the Institute or at its disposition. In no case may they be, in whole or in part, in any form or by any means, used, modified, copied, distributed, published, transmitted, transferred, reproduced or made available without the written consent of the Communication Service.
6. Data security
We take all necessary measures to ensure the security of the data collected and to ensure their confidentiality. The data will be processed both electronically and in hard copy for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, in compliance with the rules on the protection of personal data, including those relating to the protection of data security.
